Method:

Insert Winodws7 Insatllation Disk And Now Boot From Disk.When Windows7 Installation Disk Is Appear
Select Repair Your Computer.As You Show in Below Picture.

When You Select Repair Your Computer You Will See Many Options Butt You Select Command Prompt As you show is Below Picture.

When Command Prompet Is Appear Type The Following Command For Backup The Sticky Key Files.

c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe c:\

After This Step Again Type The Following Command.

c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe

Now Turn Off Your Computer ANd Turn it On AGain Eject your Disk.
Now Restting Your Passowrd.
When you Get The The LogIn Screen,Hit Shift Key 5 Times then you Will See Command Promp. As you Show in Below Picture.

To reset The Password just Type The Follwoing Command In Command Prompt,Replace you User name.
Now Replace Your Password Which you Want.
